During the last few months we’ve been working on a new ScheduleOnce release – ScheduleOnce 4.0 which will add support for services. We are about one month away from the release date and we would like to enlist your feedback.
What's unique about ScheduleOnce services?
ScheduleOnce services are designed for any business that offers services to its clients such as salons, spas, tutoring, coaching and anyone who needs to offer more than one type of appointment.
With ScheduleOnce services any number of staff members can accept service appointments directly in their personal calendars according to their unique availability schedule, allowing them to continue to use the calendar that they are already used to, and eliminating any barriers to adoption.
ScheduleOnce services do not follow the rigid staff-services framework that is so common in most appointment schedulers. Pick any appointment scheduler that supports services and you will be able to define duration, price and maybe another setting or two at most. With ScheduleOnce however, each service is completely independent in its settings, just like our MeetMe pages. This efficient and powerful design allows you to vary any setting according to the unique characteristics of each service, resulting in better utilization of your staff members and their time.
ScheduleOnce services will fit nicely into the way in which you already use ScheduleOnce. Services can be used by a sole provider under a personal MeetMe page or as part of a complete business setup with multiple staff members and locations.
